A patient came to us with a smile he was not fond of. He features in professional videos and needed a smile that he was proud of. His top front teeth were crooked, uneven, yellow in color, and one in particular was an old crown with metal underneath that was showing through the gums, providing a dark unpleasing grey/black line. To fix these issues, we did 6 porcelain crowns across the top front teeth. During the process of making the crowns, we consulted with our dental lab for the best outcome on shape, size, and color, as this was a custom case. After only 2 weeks and 2 appointments, the patient walked out of our office smiling from ear to ear and flashing his beautiful new smile. Best dentist office in Northern Utah!! They care so much that Dr. Palmer will call you PERSONALLY after a procedure to make sure you're okay. I've never had any complications or complaints about the work done (fillings, crowns, and root canals). I had an appointment the day after I had to put my dog down. The dental assistant casually asked how I was and, surprisingly, I was holding it together pretty well when I said I was okay but had to put my dog down yesterday. She looked at me and asked if she could hug me. These people truly care about their patients and I will never ever go any where else!!
